Introduction

When you visit our website, information about you is collected.  This information is used to customize and improve our content and to increase the value of the products and advertisements displayed on the site.

Personal data

Personal data is all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another. When you use our website and especially when you use selected functions, we collect and process a number of personal data.  This happens, among other things, if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or place an order.

 By opening and moving around our website, we collect the following types of browsing information:

• A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone
• Your IP number, geographical location and which pages you click on

If you enter personal data yourself, e.g. in connection with a purchase, some or all of the following data are also collected and processed:

• First name and last name
• Address
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Parts of your payment information (note 1)

Note 1:   Payments are made in a closed encrypted circuit handled by our payment provider.  We can only see a limited part of your payment information and do not have access to the full payment information.

Sharing of personal information

General browsing information about your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and possibly click on, geographical location etc. are shared with third parties to the extent that this information is known.

Personal information in the form of name, address, etc., or parts of it, is used exclusively for processing your order.    We do not share this information with others, apart from the carrier that will be responsible for delivering your specific order.

Security

We process your personal information securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.

 Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.

 We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or made available to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation with the law.

Purpose

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the goods and advertisements that will be considered relevant to you. It is also used to register your purchases and payments and to be able to deliver the services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Storage period

Your personal information is stored for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage.

Insight and complaints

You have the right to be informed of what personal data we process about you in a common format. You can also object to this use at any time.

You can revoke your consent to the processing of information about you.  However, this may prevent us from delivering the goods or services you have ordered.

If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
