SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options:
Pickup: Pickup at event (eg. Tea Course, Seminar or similar. Require written agreement with Tea Road)Package Shop: Delivery to nearest package shop, 3-5 business daysHome Delivery: Delivery to your home address, 3-5 business days
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We can ship to EU countries. Please contact us for details and prices.
EU orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
IN-PERSON PICKUP Upon advance agreement we can bring your order to one of our events where you can pick it up (eg. Tea Course, Seminar or similar)
