China Guangxi Xiang Ya

China Guangxi Xiang Ya is a specialty loose-leaf tea originating from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in southern China.

This is a premium specialty tea based on the Lingyun cultivar, harvested at 800 meters elevation and made from the top leaves and tender leaf buds (Ya meaning buds) and processed using techniques overlapping green, white and yellow teas.

The flavor is, despite being mild, offering a wide spectrum of slightly sweet and floral flavors with hints of fruit and very low bitterness.
