China Yunnan Silver Moonlight 50 gram (Organic DE-ÖKO-003)

From the mountains of Yunnan in the South-West of China this unique organic White tea spread fruity notes from the moment you open the bag.

This is a wonderful tea - soft with slight sweet honey and fruity with mild notes of lily and ribe melon.  A bit richer than our gentle White Silver Needle and still without the slight astringency that other white teas sometimes bring after the first brew.

We tasted this tea for the the first time while traveling in China during October 2025, and it immediately became a favorite.  Now it is available for you to enjoy.

The leaves are harvested from wild trees in the early spring and is said to be picked at night, thereby the name Moonlight.
