Japan Mountain-Grown Yame Sencha 50 gram

Very nice and rich mountain-grown Sencha from the famous Chiyonoen Tea Garden.

The taste is rich and complex with subtle sweetness and good umami.

This Ttea comes from the Harshima family's oldest Tea field from 1955.  The cultivar is Yabukita - the most popular Tea cultivar in Japan.   

The Tea field lies at 600 meters height at the upper mountains of Yabe village in Fukuoka in Japan.   This Tea is naturally grown.

The Chiyokichi farm specialize in high grade mountain grown Sencha and Gyokuro teas.
