The Hime Midori is a late spring Premium Sencha Tea from the award-winning Kurihara Tea farm in Yame in Fukuoka prefecture.
The taste is very rich with a good umami and very little bitternes if brewed at 70-75 degrees Celcius.
This is a high quality Sencha that in Japan would be served for guests.
