Japanese Bamboo Chasen Matcha Whisk

Good quality Japanese bamboo whisk for whisking your Matcha.   The good quality and many "fingers" helps you get the perfect soft foam when whisking your Matcha.

The bamboo whisk is called a Chasen in Japanese (Cha 茶 = Tea and Sen 筅 = Whisk) and is cut out of one piece of bamboo.

Soak it in a cup of warm water a few minutes before use to soften the "fingers" and avoid that they break.  And ash it in warm water after use.  This will ensure your Chasen lasts for many years.
