Japanese Bamboo Matcha Spoon

This handcrafted bamboo spoon is the perfect tool to measure out the ideal amount of Matcha for your Matcha ceremony.   

One spoon of Matcha is approx. 1,5-2,0 gram so you will need 1 spoon of Matcha for 100 ml. water to make Usucha (Thin Tea) and 3-4 spoons (6-8 gram) for Koicha (Thick Tea)

The bamboo spoon is called a Chashaku in Japanese (Cha 茶 = Tea and Shaku 杓 = Scoop)
