Description
The Japanese Tea Foundation Course is for you who are curious to learn all about Japanese Tea and learn to brew and taste many different Japanese Teas.
The course is a hands-on course and cover topics like Japanese Tea history, Tea production, different Tea kinds and brewing methods. You will also learn how to prepare several Japanese Teas such as different qualiteis of Matcha, Gyokuro, Sencha, Hojicha etc. and understand how to store them properly.
After the course you will have a much better understanding of Japanese Tea - the differences and the qualities and you will be able to select, brew and taste Japanese Tea on your own
