Description

Matcha has gained popularity over the last couple of years.  At the Matcha workshop we take a look at what Matcha is, its history, how it is produced, how to find the good Matcha and how to brew it.   

 

We will also look into the more alternative ways of using Matcha, for Matcha Latte, Matcha Chocolate and Matcha Icecream.

 

During the course we will brew Matcha in different ways and take a closer look at the different bowls and accessories.

 

After the course you will understand the background of Matcha, what to look for when buying Matcha, how to brew it perfectly and how to store it to keep the flavor.
