Wonderful Taiwanese Oolong from the Mingjiang town in Nantou county on the middle of Taiwan. 

 

It has a sweet long-lasting warm taste with toasted hints.   An ideal Tea for a rainy day or quiet evening.

 

Hong Shui means 'red water' and the name comes from the infusion of the Tea which brings a beautiful reddish cup.

The Tea is 30% oxidised.
