Description

Wonderful Taiwanese Oolong from the Mingjiang town in Nantou county.

It has a sweet long-lasting warm taste with toasted notes.   A joy to drink and an ideal Tea for a rainy day or quiet evening.

Hong Shui means 'red water' and the name comes from the infusion of the Tea which brings a beautiful reddish cup.

The Tea leaves used for this Tea are from the Si Ji Chun (translates to "Four Seasons")  variant of the Camellia Sinensis plant and is 30-40% oxidised.   The Si Ji Chun variant is characterised by its fresh and light flowery aroma.

Mingjiang town is located at around 250 meters elevation on western edge of the large Chungyang mountain range spanning from north to south of Taiwan.
