Taiwan GABA Oolong 50 gram

A fruity and soft Oolong with a slightly sweet and pleasant aftertaste.  GABA tea is exposed to nitrogen rich environment to increase the gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the tea leaves.

This GABA tea is one of our favorites and our customers too.  It is soft, a little fruity and sweet and with a slight hint of chestnut in the flavor profile.

GABA tea is said to have a calming effect, and it can be brewed many times without becoming bitter.  It is a tea you want to sit down and enjoy in the evening after a long day.

GABA tea has undergone an oxygen-free fermentation process, that results in the accumulation of GABA in the tea leaves (150mg GABA in 100g dry leaves to be qualified as GABA tea).
