Superior Hojicha-pulver lavet af naturligt dyrkede ristede Sencha-blade fra Takeo Tea Farm i Mie-præfekturet.

 

Almindelig Hojicha er lavet af mere modne Bancha-blade som har en mere bitter smag, men den Superior Hojicha og Hojicha-pulver, vi køber fra Takeo Tea Farm i Mie, er lavet af Sencha-blade af højere kvalitet.   Dette giver en bedre te med en bedre smag.

 

Denne Hojicha er lavet af blade fra sommerhøsten og har en varm, rig og afbalanceret nøddeagtig ristet smag.
